• Account information: email address and password (hashed) that you provide when registering.
• Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers.
• Usage data: features used, content created, time spent in the app.
• Photos and media: images you choose to upload for AI processing. Uploaded media is stored on our secure servers for the duration of your account to enable your generation history; you may delete it at any time.
• Generated content: AI-generated videos and images produced by the service, stored in your account history.
• Purchase information: subscription status and transaction identifiers via Apple App Store (we do not store payment card details).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the Trimvo service.
• Process AI video and image generation requests.
• Store and display your generation history.
• Manage your subscription and in-app purchases.
• Send important service notifications.
• Analyse usage patterns to improve the app experience.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• AI processing partners who assist in generating content (under strict data processing agreements).
• Cloud storage providers who host your media and generated content.
• Payment processors (Apple) who handle transactions on our behalf.
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data, uploaded media, and generated content for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may delete individual generated items from your history at any time. You may request full deletion of your account and all associated data through the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by contacting us.

5. Children's Privacy

Trimvo is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:
